Winners from the Chattanooga round advance to Tennessee's National History Day competition at Legislative Plaza in Nashville on April 17, 2010. State competition winners qualify for the National Contest at the University of Maryland in June 2010. Encourage your students to begin work on their entries for the Southeast Tennessee National History Day (STNHD)/David H. Gray History Fair Competition. Open to Middle and High School students from Bradley, Franklin, Grundy, Hamilton, Marion, Rhea and Sequatchie Counties, this year's competition will be held at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Online registration for the 2011 STNHD competition opens January 1, 2011 at Tennessee History Day.  |
