Websites will lock to student editing on Tuesday, February 18, 2014. They'll reopen the day following the district contest for students to prepare for the state competition.

8:00 am: Judges Orientation—Chalmers East: Niswonger Commons
8:30 am—9:30 am: Arrival of Students and Teachers
Note: All students are to check-in at Niswonger Commons Registration Desk on second floor. Exhibits can be unloaded and set up by students at this time.
Note: Students are to set-up exhibits, performance props, and documentaries with no assistance from teachers or parents.
9:00 am: Judging Begins
Note: During the check-in process, students with exhibits, papers, and web-sites will be given a time to be interviewed. They are responsible for making sure they are present just outside the exhibit area 15 minutes prior to their assigned times. Students with projects in performance and documentary categories will be given a time for their performance or presentation and will be interviewed immediately following. Be prepared to wait.
Note: No teachers or parents are to be present during the exhibit judging process. Teachers and parents may observe judging of performances and documentaries, but offer no assistance.
11:15 am—12:30 pm: Lunch
12:30 pm—1:15 pm: Evaluation, Recognition and Awards
Annie Hogan Byrd Fine Arts Center. Teachers, parents, guests, and students should be seated by 12:30 pm.

Best Use of Primary Resources
Best Entry Related to Women’s History
Best Entry Related to Tennessee History
Best Entry Related to African-American or Native American History
